I would like to propose that we create some short contributing guidelines to check in as a CONTRIBUTING.md or some such document. Such documents are also promoted by GitHub from the Pull Request user interface.
I also would like to propose we adopt a code of conduct. At this point, I think there are very good ones floating around and we can easily address this pro-actively at this early stage of the project.
