I’m fine with adopting a CoC if that is something people feel a need for. The one we use at Hypothesis is based on the Contributor Covenant (https://github.com/hypothesis/h/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT <https://github.com/hypothesis/h/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT>).
