I tried after I removed old files, but it still leaves the *.xcu file at
"\user\registry\data\*" as well as the *.dat file at
"\user\registry\cache\". When I re-installed the extension, those files did
not get overwritten with new ones.
Now I am confused. Configuration xcs/xcu files that come with an
extension should never show up underneath user/registry/data.
