Notice, PingCAP is a vendor, and TiDB is a vendor-based open source project.
This is not a thing we should take reference from. The ASF has very
specific and clear guidelines about project marketing.

Don't mix things together. PingCAP is never a neutral foundation, it chases
for the benefit which is a vendor 100% should do.
