Terrific! I'll commit as soon as I have a free minute or three just
to review - but all looks correct on a cursory glance through.
I need to also change Win32 not to use 'ctime' since it has a different
meaning than unix, and add createtime to apr_finfo_t. [would crtime clear
enough? It looks too easy to misread it for ctime.]
Perhaps I can get this all in tomorrow morning.
