an RPM build of apr-util bombs out like this:

ldap/apr_ldap_init.c:47: syntax error before "apr_ldap_err_t"
Looking further, it seems the tags on the following file has not been bumped:
include/apr_ldap.h.in
Can you check the tags on the following files:
./include/apr_ldap.h.in ./include/apr_ldap.hnw ./include/apr_ldap.hw ./include/apr_ldap_url.h ./include/apr_ldap.h ./ldap ./ldap/apr_ldap_init.c ./ldap/apr_ldap_url.c ./ldap/.libs
