No mater what you do the new implementation simply sucks when compared to the old one. The performance is 2 to 20+ times! slower depending on the pool usage. More small allocations simply kills the new pool both from performance and memory usage. So if anyone wishes to save this experiment, he can create a branch or whatever, because I intend to restore the apr 1.4 code. Regards -- ^(TM)
