Tested on Debian(s) 8, 9 & 10:
- Sigs and sha256 valid
- No compile error/warning
- APR_USE_PROC_PTHREAD_SERIALIZE and READDIR_IS_THREAD_SAFE
automagically set by default
- Tests all pass
