In this perspective we can plan for the details of the 0.24 release of
ArgoUML.

The 0.24 release is planned for 2007-02-10. This means that we probably
need to enter the alpha period already this year. Since it is so close
let me suggest that we stick to JDK1.4 support through the 0.24 release
(and patch releases).

Based on the assumption that JDK1.4 will begin its end of life soon
(during the first half of 2007) we could drop the support for JDK1.4
immediately after the 0.24 release (when starting to work towards the
0.25.1 release).

Is this a good plan?

Firstly, and most importantly, are we ready for release 0.24 in
February?
