Hello Bob!

The other languages are kept in separate Tigris projects. They are pulled
into the Eclipse environment by the argouml-modules-projectset.psf file that
contacts the other subversion repositories.

The reason for using separate Tigris projects is to get a separate commits
mailing list and separate authorization.
