I have now made the issues mailing lists confidential in all subprojects
(where the link to the mailing list list is available, and the issuezilla is
not used by the subproject).
I also deleted some of the old cvs mailing lists. I will continue deleting
the cvs mailing list when I encounter them. I thought I had done so already.
