The project_tools pages have now been updated as discussed. New summary:

N = no link to any issue tracker found.
M = using main ArgoUML issue tracker
A = using separate issue tracker, and active
E = using separate issue tracker but currently empty

M argouml-andromda
M argouml-classfile
A argouml-cpp (26 issues, 19 open)
M argouml-csharp
A argouml-db (6 issues, 3 open)
M argouml-de
M argouml-downloads
M argouml-en-gb
N argouml-es
N argouml-fr
A argouml-gen (9 issues, 2 open)
M argouml-i18n-zh
M argouml-idl
M argouml-it
M argouml-java
N argouml-nb
M argouml-php
M argouml-pt
M argouml-pt-br
M argouml-ru
A argouml-ruby (1 issue, 1 open)
M argouml-sql
M argouml-stats
A argoumlinstaller (6 issues, 3 open)

It's worth pointing out that in the ones I have converted, I have only
removed the links; the old issue tracker still exists in each case. If there are any direct links to the issue subproject's own issue trackers, they will still work. I don't know how to delete an issue tracker completely.

If we were to consolidate the issue trackers with the exception of the argouml-cpp project, we would have a total open 9 issues to move. I suggest that we do this, and am happy to do the work.

Should we do this?

The purpose of the (ADA) is to distinguish these links from the links to the main project. Perhaps the layout should be:

        Project Home

    Done for http://argouml-classfile.tigris.org.

I think that perhaps I should drop the "(argouml-classfile)" after each
entry to stop it from wrapping onto two lines. Let me know what you
think and I'll do the rest.
