One thing I'd really love to see is debian and rpm packages for argouml. 
This seems to be the preferred way to install applications on linux platforms 
these days.  It also increases our chances of discovery with things such as 
the synaptic package manager that allows people to search for an application 
by description.  There was an old 0.19.6 version of ArgoUML floating around 
as a debian package, but I think that has gone now:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/argouml.html

I don't know how to create linux packages, but it can't be that difficult. 
It could include the icons, set up the document file association, handle 
updgrades, handle uninstallation, etc.
