Sounds like each group should have an owner who can administer that group. Guess that isn't how JIRA groups work though. Some projects (e.g. James) seem to have multiple JIRA projects so removing group usage might be problematic for them. > to start restricting. That's just as easy for us since we only have one JIRA project. What I was really trying to get at was whether we should populate the PMC role with all the PMCers or just wait until they ask for it.
