I noticed that there's a parquet-testing repository linked as a Git submodule from the Apache Arrow repository here: https://github.com/apache/arrow/tree/master/cpp/submodules The parquet-testing repository currently doesn't seem to have a license file. I was wondering about what the licensing implications of this are. Is the license considered to be implicitly 'inherited' from the parent Apache Arrow repository? Perhaps it would be helpful to have an explicit license file to eliminate any potential ambiguity here Thanks, Rylan
