I'm a bit unsure. The release doesn't contain any JS patches, so theoretically:
- it should be identical with the previous one
- should work in the same node environments

While it's not essential to update the JS release, for consistency it
would be nice to ship the 1.0 packages there as well.
We could also fix the JS errors and cut another release exclusively
for javascript, or include the fix in the next patch release.
