Regarding vcpkg: The 6.0.0 arrow port update PR (https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/pull/21113) is not yet merged because of a problem with the aws-sdk-cpp vcpkg port on which it depends. Once that is merged, I will open another PR to update it to 6.0.1.
