*Summary:*
While adding attributes to Business Metadata, the system does not allow adding
attributes that are of a single value type (e.g., string, integer, boolean).
*Steps to Reproduce:*
Navigate to the Business Metadata page
Attempt to add a new attribute with a single value type (e.g., string).
Try to save or apply the changes.
*Expected Behavior:*
The attribute should be successfully added and saved as part of the Business
Metadata.
*Actual Behavior:*
The attributes added as a multiValue type only even if the user dosent enable
the multiValue field
*Impact:*
Blocks defining simple metadata attributes.
Forces users to use list or complex types unnecessarily.
*Notes:*
This issue does not occur when using array or multi-value types.
