*Description:*
In the old UI, when certain sections (e.g., Relationship) are not present in
the Audit tab, the remaining section (e.g., Technical Properties) expands to
occupy the entire tab.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
Navigate to the Audit tab for an entity where only one audit section is
available.
Observe the layout behavior.
Notice that the single section doesn't expands to fill the entire tab space
*Expected Result:*
Single available section stretches to occupy the entire tab area, ensures UI
consistency.
*Actual Result:*
Single available section doesnt stretches to occupy the entire tab area.
*Suggested Fix:*
Review and adjust CSS to handle cases where only one section is displayed,
ensuring proper layout and spacing.
