[~s_venkatesh] - I'm not necessarily promoting the use of xml. I was pointing
out that the use of existing norms isn't necessarily a reason to continue using
them.
I'm not sure about the concern regarding duplicate properties. If they have a
similar purpose, and can be leveraged by both client and server, why exactly
would we rename them?
