he means merlin-extensions/merlin-jmx/target.
i have run into this problem as well but haven't given steve much
more feedback than you. (i dont really have the time to help
debug someone else's build, especially as i dont know maven). a
work-around (until steve figures out the build problem) is to copy
merlin-extensions/merlin-jmx/conf/jndi.properties
to
merlin-extensions/merlin-jmx/target/test-classes
