Yep - seems that maven 10 is not recognizing include directives using the ${maven.conf.dir}. I ended doing the smae thing you committed a couple of hours ago - namely replacing ${maven.conf.dir} with ${basedir}/conf. Anyway I now have Merlin building cleanly under beta-10 on my machine, is the case for you?
