Anyone up for an hour when the USA isn't asleep? :-) That would be 6AM on the East coast and 3AM on the West.
I think the best would be something like 10-11AM Eastern Time, which would be somewhere in the afternoon in Europe and evening time here.
Actually the earlier in the morning the better for me. A 10-11am Sunday morning time for me won't work.
Although I'd prefer something a *little* later than 5am Central Time. :)
