Here's my late +1 (binding)

   1. SHA 256, 512 evaluated.
   2. signature verified.
   3. Hadoop build on CentOS 7 tested.
   4. smoke test via provisioner tested on CentOS 7 (./docker-hadoop.sh -d
   -c 3 -m 8g -k 'hdfs,mapreduce,yarn,spark,hive,hbase,flink' -s
   'hdfs,mapreduce,yarn,spark,hbase,flink,hive')

I do find things out-of-date such as the Vagrant Provisioner
(provisioner/vagrant). However, that shouldn't cancel RC since that's not
the only thing out-dated in our code base(Docker Sandbox is also out-dated,
etc). The main Bigtop Hadoop 3 distro is a valuable product and its quality
is good enough for a release. Overall, thanks to the great team and great
collaboration!
