What if they send the email in a language I can't read?
     

Then politely ask them to submit something you can read.  We can add  to
the spreadsheet the request that all mail submitted be in, say,  English
If you want you can forward mail in French, Spanish, Dutch, German, 
Italian and Esperanto to me for translation. Send it to 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] though. I check that email address more regularly 
than the one I'm sending this from.
