This is a virtue of MQ extension . You can maintain your own hg mirror
if you want . By checking out bloodhound-mq into .hg/patches
everything will be setup. There are a few aspects to notice

paths.bb = https://bitbucket.org/olemis/bloodhound-mq/.hg/patches
