Enrico, Jia, I have confirmed that I have the permission on creating label/milestones and also I see the 'merge button' in the pull requests as well.
Following the BP-9, I have created corresponding labels and milestones for 4.5.0 and 4.6.0. Let me know if they look good to you. For the 'merge button', according to the discussion in BP-9, we want to 'squash merging' and disable 'merge commits' and 'rebase merging', right? We might need to ask INFRA for doing that?
