Thanks @tbouron @andreaturli . I've updated the warnings and code comments
to reflect this sad state of affairs with `TemplateOptions.networks(...)`.
@tbouron your confirmation was helpful; you can now use `networkName` directly,
it is mapped to `subnetId` for AWS.
