Ah - good find @CMoH -- I'll fix the `default.catalog.bom`. I want to get
a stable PR merged ASAP, then we can fix the remaining refs, for which our
various grep commands should help a lot.
@aledsage you said you had some tools which could identify how files and/or
packages have moved? are those shared? (feels like there should be some
piping of a `git` command and an `awk` which would do this nicely)
