Testing from `usage/dist/target/brooklyn-dist/brooklyn/bin/brooklyn launch`
doesn't work.
Tested with
```shell
org.apache.brooklyn.rest.jsgui.BrooklynJavascriptGuiLauncher
-agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=5005
```
