Better group member display
* Display group members alongside children.
* Each entity still has one "direct" position in the hierarchy, but may
also have several "indirect" references.
* Indirect nodes can be interacted with in-place as normal:
* show details, invoke effectors, expand children, etc.
* Indirect subordinates have a distinct visual style to avoid confusion.
@grkvlt: Would love to know if this plays well with Clocker, which I know
makes heavy use of groups.
