We should now (arguably) remove `DelegateEntity` and
`AbstractGroup.MEMBER_DELEGATE_*` (following a deprecation cycle as none are
`@Beta`). Might also be a good time to remove the ill-conceived `FIRST_MEMBER`
from `AbstractGroup`.
