If we have a query plan like:

Correlate(id = 0)
    BaseQuery
    Join(cor0.blah = $0)
       ...

 

 

Then RelDecorrelator fails to decorrelate. My local workaround was to run 
FilterJoinRule.JoinConditionPushRule on the input before decorrelation.
