Indeed it is just in time.

@Christian, in integrating JSMMP, did you happen to see how they did their 
threading model?  It seemed to me that an incoming message will block the 
connection until it is processed.  If that message moves along a Camel route 
that takes some time to process, receipt of the next message could be delayed.  
Put another way, I saw no support for asynchronous message processing.  Did you 
find differently (I admit I did not thoroughly inspect all the source files).
