I have changed execPbsz to be optional.
We need to allow end users to configure SFTPClient as they want.
Can you find any links for documentation to SFTP how to use it properly? Then
we may be able to change the defaults a bit. Untill then we will keep it as is,
to ensure we dont break stuff for people who upgrade.
