I just rechecked the patch, As Karaf 2.1.4 doesn't ship the Jetty 7 feature, if
you remove that part from current camel feature you will face some issue when
you try to install camel-jetty in the Karaf 2.1.4.
For the validate issue that Claus reported, current camel feature doesn't know
any thing about the Karaf feature repo information, in this way it can support
different version of Karaf at the same time. If you remove the Spring,
Spring-DM features from camel-feautres, the Karaf feature plugin will complain
about it.
Maybe we should do some enhancement to let the feature plugin load the default
feature first.
