IMO, in the short term solution (Camel 2.9.0 + Karaf 2.2) Camel should add the needed dependencies to its feature definitions. We could use the CXF jaxb feature, which seems to work. For the mid term solution, Karaf should provide/install this feature (provided by Karaf instead by CXF) by default.
