All I said in the message you refer to boils down to "'Source code of
Apache projects must live on Apache hardware' is a Board-level policy"
(not just an infra policy).

Next time, if you quote me, please make it clear what I said.  From
reading your message one could think I told you to ask the board about
a mail moderation problem.
