The OSGi bundles has been released. And we should upgrade.
Will take a look at this later. There is an blueprint issues I am
working on currently.

This has been done and we have a 2.9 compatible module as well.

The Karaf team will cut 2.3.1 when a new Aries release is out, which
is being released currently.

Yeah keep an eye on CI and help fix those test failures.

We should check the JIRA tickets and fix/move tickets.
If you have tickets assigned targeted for 2.11.0 and take action.
Either fix or move to 2.11.1 / 2.12/3.0 etc.
