Hi,

I've been hunting around for a persistence framework which manages
mappings to an LDAP data store.
Pretty soon Im going to be dealing with storage of human readable
generic application configuration thru LDAP (i.e, the java LDAP schema
for serialized objects isn't an option...).
After hunting around for a couple of hours, I realised that there really
isn't much out there at all in this domain - and I started getting the
feeling I was going to have to implement a simple object -> <- LDAP
mapping mechanism myself.

Then I stumbled on a recent theServerSide article where Bruce Snyder
hints that he is working on LDAP mappings.... Is there any news on how -
if at all - this is coming on?

Thanks for any insight,

Dave Irving
