Hi Jiaming,

Glad to see this proposal for a native Celeborn client. 

After reviewed the CIP, I agreed that the native client to use wangle as its 
library. But I found that the build of facebook’s library are not easy. Can you 
provide a docker toolchain image for others to involve?
