Hi All, I am doing a fresh cloudstack installation and am not able to instantiate any VMs (both system & guest vms). I am seeing the following errors:

Can anybody kindly check and confirm if my configuration is right. If its right, then please point me to the likely cause of this issue. I have attached a picture to this mail which shows my lab setup.
