@rafaelweingartner I think the method configures the host to have the right
storage endpoint. It is kind of an obfuscated side effect but I think the call
to ```endPointSelector.selectHypervisorHost(new
ZoneScope(host.getDataCenterId()));``` is not totally without effect.
