@nvazquez just an update.
I was going over
"org.apache.cloudstack.api.command.admin.config.ListCfgsByCmd.execute()" that
is used to list the cluster configuration at the UI. It seems that it uses the
configuration table too. The method used is
"com.cloud.server.ManagementService.searchForConfigurations(ListCfgsByCmd)". I
did not have much time to analyse it, but I believe that a careful inspection
can help us to understand the way those configurations work.
