Thanks Mike! You are right, issue is related to storage tags, as they were stored in storage_pool_details before and it is querying that table for matching tags, instead of storage_pool_tags. As now storage tags are stored in storage_pool_tags, tags do not match and deployment fails. I'm working on it.
