Log:
Add initial IE support to linotype. Changes were very complicated due to revision mismatch, rejected hunks, and large number of changes. Cleaning up still is needed.
As you may have noticed in the buzilla notice this commit was largely due to Klaus Bertram in a patch posted at http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22813.
DISCLAIMER: It was a bear to get this working and the committed version has some unnecessary changes, formatting issues, etc. There are probably cleaner ways to implement this crossbrowser support but I don't yet have my head around linotype enough to implement them at this point.
Please re-test linotype on Moz and/or IE. I did of course but I'm sure you'll find stuff I didn't. :P
