No, there are no such plans. This proposal is only attempting to deal with the set of "document" DTDs. Why would those XSDs need to be on a website? The "sitemap" XSD is "draft" and did not receive ongoing community support. It was followed a RELAX NG effort which suffered the same fate. So they remain in draft state.. --David
