The bug reports are not clear whether this was resolved in the Cocoon 2.1.4 
release or not?

Can someone please clarify?  

If the patch was not in 2.1.4, is there a patched version of the Excalibur 
Store jar file that I can grab somewhere?

Causing some production problems....so I'm hoping for a quick fix somewhere.
