The XUL link bring a impressed application. But yes,90%(even more in my country) use 
IE,and it's almost impossible to persuade user throw IE away.But to developers or 
administrators it is different.Using Flash may offer great UI but still has some 
shortcoming: much slower compare standard html or XUL.So I +1 for flash rendering ,but 
my suggestion is why convert cocoon forms sample Form Model GUI to a complete XUL 
application enable developers and administrators to create cocoon form define,data 
binding and template?If it's a success application,many developers using cocoon may 
consider using XUL as special application UI or even more.
