Hence the specific Deprecation class below, which will of course be in
the org.apache.cocoon package hierarchy.
Ok: +1 - I would choose a different name than Deprecation
(DeprecationUtil or DeprecationLogger), but that's not that important.
Choose whatever you think is best.
